Many seek to be famous, to make their mark in the world and have their 5 minutes of fame. “Hey! I was on TV! I am rich; look at me I am important”. Then they find out that this affirmation love can never be quenched, leaving the person empty and longing for love all over again. God shows us real love; love that is deep, never ending and true; after all He gave us love to begin with. In our scripture today, Paul outlines what true love is. “Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails.” (1 Corinthians 13:4-8). Affirmation love is empty, conditional and ending. Let us love like of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ with unconditional and never ending God Love. God Loves Ya 😉
