2 Corinthians 12:9-10 (NIV)

When thinking about this week’s theme on Strength, a line came to me from the movie “What about Bob” where Bill Murray’s character “Bob” has many physiological issues and he is given a book by his psychiatrist (Richard Dreyfuss) that is Called “Baby Steps”. Bob used this mantra over and over again when he was facing a fear. Baby steps, walk to the elevator, baby steps, get on the elevator…and so on. There is a real lesson in this for us as Christians. When we fear something we need to take baby steps to conquer that fear. We need to break the fear down into little sections and conquer each section at a time until we are victorious. First and foremost in our break down to conquer, we need to understand and believe that God will give us the strength to overcome. He will never leave us and if we fail, He will help us to get up and try again. Let us baby step to victory over our fear with Gods help. God Loves Ya 😉
