Boo-hoo is me? I have felt this way so many times. But today’s scripture makes me feel so ashamed that I ever felt that. “Why am I discouraged? Why is my heart so sad? I will put my hope in God; I will praise him again-my Savior and my God”. (Psalms 42:5) I have complained and griped so many times on how nothing goes right for me or how things don’t go my way! But hold on a moment; are all my complaints equal to what my Lord and savior has done for me? Of course NOT. He gave up His life here on earth so I could live forever with Him and there is nothing so bad on this fallen earth that can compare to that. We might get discouraged and downtrodden but we have that hope in the great creator. So when feeling down and heartbroken, know that we can put our trust in Him who makes all things new and will make things right. Don’t trust in yourselves but in the one who is the Lord of Lords and Kings of Kings, Jesus Christ. God loves Ya 😉
