We are called to keep our focus on Jesus, not our problems. Keeping focus is not always easy; in fact, at times, it’s impossible. A great example is my soon to be 3 year old grandson. If he is engulfed in his favorite cartoon or playing with his friends, I have to grab his attention by saying his name louder than normal or at times, say, “look at me” so I know I have his full attention and he will be able to focus on what I am telling him. I have myself convinced that God probably gets frustrated with us when He must boldly get our attention to bring us back to focusing on Him and keeping our minds, heart and spirit set on Him always. We will be so much more content if we just live for Him and do what He wants us to do every day! Have a blessed day!
