Lamentations 3:22-24
I for one, am very happy this week is over with. My mom always told us, “Never wish your life away”; but did you ever have a day or a whole week that just wouldn’t end? Like, one thing after another happening? I just want it to be over and done with and start over fresh and new. A ‘do over button’ would be awesome! As Christians, we are blessed with newness, freshness and rebirth every morning. With God’s gifts of grace, forgiveness and mercies, He is our do over button. Yeah, we all have bad days and sometimes the whole week can be pretty bad, but in Christ, He is our refuge. His strength and courage to face another day is brand new every morning when we wake up! How awesome is that? Thank you Jesus for letting us rest in You; for refreshing our minds, hearts and souls every morning and being our ‘do over button’. Have a blessed day! 🙂
