Proverbs 3;5-6
Recently , my family and I got together for some much needed family time. We all met at the park for a picnic and games. I decided it was time for my grand kids to learn how to play some of my childhood games such as, “Mother may I” or similarly, “Simon says”. Needless to say, all even my adult children, loved the new/old fun games. I introduced them too. As I was refreshing my version of “Mother may I”, It reminded me of how we should be praying to God and asking for His permission and guidance in everything before actually acting on it. Only, it is like “Father may I”. So the next time you have a big decision to make or are just unsure what to do next, think about “Mother may I”; ask God what He wants you to do. Thank You God for always teaching us new things and letting us see You in all we do. Be careful and have a blessed and safe 4th of July! Enjoy your family and friends and thank God for the little reminders He shows us everyday of His love for you. Have a blessed day! 🙂
