Philippians 2:3
God’s word clearly instructs us to be humble and that is good because we as fallible human beings have so very much to be humble about. Yet some of us still continue to puff ourselves up, seeming to say; “look at me”, “this is all me”, “I did this”, etc. To do this is wrong. As Christians we have been restored, redeemed and saved by Christ; that salvation came not because of our own good works but because of God’s grace. How then can we be prideful? We must be eternally grateful and exceedingly humble. We are suppose to love, even our enemies, and in showing love and humility we enhance God and thwart the devil. God Loves Ya 😉
