Romans 8:31-39
“I know I still make mistakes. But You have new mercies for me everyday. Your love never fails.” – Your Love Never Fails by Jesus Culture. I love when I hear this song on the radio. The message of this song is such a great reminder of how awesome God’s love is. I have a tendency to be a perfectionist perfectionist and a people pleaser at times, despite multiple conversations with God about this. There are times when the feeling of being a failure overwhelm and consume me. But then I remember, I don’t have to be perfect. We all will make mistakes and fail God at times because of our human nature. The difference between God’s love and the love of this world is that His love is not contingent on our performance. He loves us regardless and gives His grace freely to those who ask for it. God is good 😉
