1 Peter 5:7 Giving all our cares to God is so much easier said than done, right? We all want control over our own lives and circumstances. “It’s ok, I got this.” Newsflash! No, we don’t. And until we wake up and realize we need Jesus in everything, we will be miserable, tired and completely worn out trying to do things ourselves. Giving it to God is not a weakness as some would think, it is testimony that we are faithful, trusting Christians. It is pleasing to God when we rely on Him. The next time you feel like you must take care of stuff that’s going on, remember, you have a God that wants to carry your burdens. Let them go and place them at the cross. Have a blessed day! 🙂
