1 Kings 14:1-18
How many of us have been led into the temptation of sin by another? Have you ever lied for a friend or a loved one to hide something or have you ever purposefully gone against what you knew was right because someone you had a crush on tempted you into it and supported you? These slight moral slides slowly erode the foundation that we have built on in Jesus Christ. While it may seem like we are “winning” for a while, these actions will slowly tear away at our relationship with God. Let us drop the façade that we have built and learn from our mistakes. In these mistakes, we can learn who God truly wants us to be in Him. May our actions be those that others will admire someday and may they see the reflection of Christ in us. God is good, even when we may doubt 😉 – Ashley
