Hebrews 3:13 says: “But encourage one another daily, as long as it is called ‘Today,’ so that none of you may be hardened by sin’s deceitfulness”.  Encouragement goes far beyond complementing or praising others to help them feel better about themselves.  Friends, we are called to encourage one another in ways that will lend support, create confidence and foster hope within other people.  Endorse when others are reluctant.  The easiest and most effective way to encourage someone is with our words.  In respect to what we say and how we say it, we will all be defined and leave behind a legacy of words.  Let me challenge each of us to commit to have our words ‘pave’ the way for someone to have a better day. Maybe today, actions will speak louder than words. In many cases we may need to demonstrate our encouragement, before we vocalize it. Stay close to Jesus
