James 5:16 (NIV)

I recently experienced my first visit ever to a Chiropractor. It may not seem like a big deal to some, but I was nervous and unsure of what to expect. In my first consultation, I explained the pain I was having and when asked how long had I been in pain, I was embarrassed to say that I was unsure. I was used to living with the pain and guess I got used to it; but now it has gotten too much to bear. After examining me, doc commented how “out of whack” I was and found it hard to believe I was suffering that long without relief. God taught me a couple lessons that day. None of us have to live in pain or be crippled by our physical or spiritual pain. My pain could’ve been taken care of a lot earlier, but because of fear of what to expect, I put it off. God does not want us to live in pain or accept sufferings. He wants us to live a beautiful, worry free Christ centered life. All we have to do is cry out to Him, trust in Him and have faith in Him. Don’t get comfortable with your pain; ask Jesus for healing, forgiveness and grace. You will be amazed at what it feels like not to be “out of whack” in a life with Jesus Christ. Don’t wait until it’s unbearable. God is waiting! Have a Blessed day 🙂
