This past week, my landlord replaced my porch railing. The existing one had loosened up, was broken in some spots and had become a safety hazard. The new one is stronger, more stable and dependable. I no longer have to worry about falling. We can look at God as being our new “railing”. Our old life was unstable, unsafe and very undependable. With new life in Christ, I know I have a strong hold in Him. He will keep me safe from harm and knowing His promises, will never let me fall into a broken mess. Let God be your safety railing; grab onto Him when you feel yourself losing your footing and balance. He will always catch you! Have a blessed day! 🙂
