Halloween has always been one of my favorite times of year. The crispness of the air, the aroma of the fall season, and of course, the costumes, masks, make up and anything else you need to pretend to be someone else or something else. Well, in real life, there are some that wear masks every day to hide their shame, guilt, sadness and pain. Then, there are others who pretend to be Christians; loving God, going to church, meditating on His word and all the while living a double life of lies, unfaithfulness, infidelity or secret addictions. We all know in the end the truth will be revealed; God sees and knows all. With God at our center, we don’t have to be fake, pretend or put on shows; He is a forgiving, loving and understanding God. I think it’s time to remove our masks and be who God wants us to be. He Loves us and accepts us just as we are. Thank you Father for keeping us real. Have a blessed day, :)- Lori Moore- Happy Halloween
