Matt. 20:28, Col. 3:23
“Be faithful in small things because it is in them that your strength lies.” ― Mother Teresa. Jesus could have just sat around and commanded everyone to do anything He wanted done but He didn’t do that. Jesus specialized in small tasks that everyone else tried to avoid. He washed feet, helped children, made breakfast, and served the lepers and the blind. Most of all, He served us by dying on the cross. Nothing was beneath him, because He came to serve. We are here to serve and Jesus was our great example. Nothing should be beneath us. The size of the task is irrelevant. The only issue is, does it need to be done? There are always things that need to be done for the kingdom and if we are to follow Christ’s example, then we cannot be afraid to roll our sleeves up and get dirty. He did it and so should we. God Loves Ya 😉
