Ephesians 5:21-33
The Gospel tells us we are much more loved than we think. The Savior was willing to go to hell and back for us because he loves us THAT much! We are His ultimate treasure; the Gospel both humbles us and affirms us more than anything else. When these two truths collide in the Gospel, they remove the self-centeredness from within us and it also removes our self-neediness because it loves and affirms us! This then becomes fertile ground for hope! We have to ask ourselves how do we use the gospel; what does it look like, in a tangible way, for me to offer hope to my family through surrender, service, and submission? Let the gospel show us the way. God Loves Ya;)
