Have you ever been frustrated because it seemed like God just wasn’t answering your prayers? That’s how I felt recently when I was faced with some big decisions I needed to make about college and my future in general. Throughout the process, I asked God for guidance. I knew God would guide me, but I let myself get overwhelmed anyway. I was afraid to make any decisions because I didn’t want to make a wrong choice. However, more recently, God has been reminding me that He is always with me. God keeps assuring me with Jeremiah 29:11, “For I know the plans I have for you,’ declares the Lord, ‘plans to prosper you and not to harm you, to give you a hope and a future.” Also, in a recent sermon, Pastor Matt said, “Transformation is God’s idea, not ours.” Both of these things reminded me that my future, which is God’s idea, is in God’s hands. When we search for answers, God will answer in exactly the right timing, whether or not that timing makes sense to us. Be encouraged, friends! Our God’s got the best plan in store for each of us. 🙂 – Cassie Harrison
