Genesis 1:1:31
When someone tells us a story and then stops before they finish, don’t we ponder in anticipation just wanting to know how it ends? Or you come into a story in the end and have to know the details of how they got there. Either way, there is a human intrinsic need to know the whole story. The same goes with the greatest story ever told: the Bible. In our scripture today, we find out how all of life started but the story doesn’t just stop there. There are 66 books in the bible that tell stories and reveal to us everything God wants us to know and apply to our lives. “All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work” (2 Timothy 3:16-17). The more we read and re-read our bible, the more mature we become in God and the more we understand what God’s purpose is for us. Let us dig in and get the whole story, for the bible is the hand book of life. God loves Ya;)
