Have you noticed that night time brings on more worry, anxiety, loneliness, despair and hopelessness? For those of us who have suffered from sleepless nights from thinking too much because our brain just will not settle, there is good news! There is hope! Hope is in the dawn of a new day! “There may be suffering in the dark but joy comes in the morning”! God lets us suffer in the dark days and in the dark of the night so when dawn comes, we appreciate it and rejoice in it. With the new light of the day, we regain hope, joy and peace that we will overcome any darkness with God’s help! Amen! Don’t fret the long dark nights because dawn will be coming. Thanks be to God! Have a blessed day!
