2 Peter 1:3
Have you ever had issues with your computer, your car or your phone? No matter what you try you can’t fix it on your own. If you have a problem with your car, you take it back to someone that knows how to fix your model. If you have a problem with your computer, you send it back to the manufacturer. If you have problems with the software on your phone, you’re not going to give it to your friend who didn’t make it to fix. Instead you’re going to take it back to the store where you got it so that the phone’s “creators” can fix it. How often do we do this in our lives with our heavenly creator? We often try to let money or other material things fix us. Rather than being our last resort, we should go to God directly with all our needs for Philippians 4:19 says, “but my God shall supply all your needs according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus”. – Lauren Taylor
