Philippians 3:13-14 NIV

Sometimes the destination is worth the effort, I found out a few weeks ago while hiking. The terrain was pretty tough with lots of steep and rocky hills. To say I am in the best physical shape is the understatement of the year and I was sucking air most of the hike. Many times I wanted to stop and turn back and just give up. However, I persevered and so glad I did for the view was breath taking. The beauty that was on display was mind blowing and showed God’s glorious creation in its fullness. Sometimes in our lives things get tough very tough but if we are on a journey to accomplish something for all the right reasons  the end results are worth the effort.  “Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus.” God Loves Ya 😉
